Shredded!

I just finished the first level of the 30 day shred. I have to admit I feel energized but boy dose Jillian push you! I think that is what I need in a trainer and I think I'm going to do well on the shred. I didn't use weights this time because I wasn't sure if I was ready. I think by mid way through level 1 I should be able to use some. How many of you used weights the first time around?
 Unfortunately, I still want pizza after I just finished that bad boy, LOL I'm sure that feeling with change as well. On to day two!!

As promised here are my measurements

Thighs 22 inches
Hips 45 inches
Waist 43 1/2 inches
Bicep 13 1/2 inches
