I must say that for the past two days I've been HURTING! I mean I'm having issues at work getting down low enough to clean the fridges! (Don't tell Tim! :) )
Yesterday I got some 2 lb weights at K Mart (2.99 a piece) and found that it made it easier to do the exercises. It look less focus off the pain in my legs lol when I was doing the arm movements.
I can also tell you I feel the difference in my clothes already. My abs are tighter so my pants feel a bit loser. It may be all in my mind but I'm motivated to do more!
On to Day 4!!
